Delivery Policy for Bulk Orders

- We strive to process all orders within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order and payment confirmation.
- You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Delivery options
We offer a variety of delivery options to fit your needs and budget:
- Standard Delivery: This is our most economical option, with a typical delivery timeframe of 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Delivery: For faster delivery, choose Expedited Delivery at checkout. This option usually delivers within 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Delivery: Need your parts urgently? Select Next-Day Delivery for guaranteed delivery by the next business day (restrictions may apply).
3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, your chosen delivery method, and your delivery location. The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Tracking your order
You can track your order's progress anytime by logging into your LEAFAX account and clicking on "Order History." We'll also send you email updates with tracking information.
5. Order changes & cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
