Cancellation Policy for Bulk Orders
1. Cancellation after Order Confirmation
- Customized Products: Due to the unique nature of customized products and the commencement of production, order cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed.
- Standard Products: If a customer wishes to cancel an order for standard products after confirmation, a written request must be submitted before production begins. The customer shall be responsible for all incurred costs, including but not limited to material costs, mold costs, and labor costs.
2. Cancellation during Production
- Production Commenced: Once production has started, the customer shall bear all production costs and any resulting losses if they wish to cancel the order.
- Partially Completed: If production is partially complete, the customer shall bear a proportionate share of the incurred production costs.
3. Cancellation after Shipment
- Goods Shipped: Once the goods have been shipped, the order is considered complete. The customer shall be responsible for the full payment and any return shipping fees or other related costs.
4. Force Majeure
- In the event of a force majeure event (such as natural disasters, wars, or changes in government policy) that prevents the fulfillment of the order, both parties shall negotiate a solution.
5. Other Provisions
- Special Circumstances: In special circumstances, both parties shall negotiate a solution.
- Interpretation: The interpretation of this policy shall be subject to the Company.
